Creative Blacksmithing: Forge a Christmas Decoration
COURSE OVERVIEW
Forging is the working of metal into a useful shape by hammering or pressing. Now you will have the chance to learn the basics of forging and make a Christmas Decoration for yourself!
Please note, this one-day course is quite demanding, requiring a good level of fitness.
Saturday: 10.00 – 16:00
FURTHER INFORMATION
This course is suitable for beginners, students must be aged 19 and over.
Students may wish to progress further on to other creative classes within the College.
There is no formal assessment for this course.
£85.00 – Materials will be covered for small items, an additional charge may be made should you wish to make a large object.
Please bring old, non-flammable clothing, safety boots, safety glasses and an old pair of leather/hard wearing gloves.
We have limited onsite parking, however we are very close to public transport links.
