COURSE OVERVIEW
This highly interactive course will give delegates the knowledge, understanding and confidence to deliver an outstanding service experience, while at the same time be ambassadors of service, with the skill to coach team members back in the workplace.
By the end of the course delegates will be able to:
- Describe why it is critical for a business to have a customer-centric approach.
- Define what an outstanding service experience should look like.
- Demonstrate service excellence with confidence.
- Identify the link between service and selling.
- Recognise the importance of communication and rapport building.
- Create a personal action plan that compliments their company’s service strategy.
FURTHER INFORMATION
Staff with a customer facing role and, in a position, to impact on the customer service standards of the organisation. Ideally it is most suitable for delegates who interact with customers on a regular basis.
No other formal entry requirements.
We also offer training in all Microsoft Office packages, the main Adobe programs and in other areas of Management & Business. We could also offer further bespoke training in the best ways to manage customers to improve your service delivered.

As part of the cost tea/coffee and biscuits are provided mid-morning and mid-afternoon.
